These beautiful Bessie the Bee Ceramic Hanging Decorations have been designed for us by local ceramicist Jakki Trainor of Figment Ceramics.
Bessie has a green/blue glaze and comes with a green jute hanging string, presented on a card with envelope.
She is designed to be hung anywhere you'd like a touch of joy - a wall, shelf hook, plant or Christmas Tree.
May she bring you a reminder of the wonder of nature.
 
Sometimes when I’m working with the bees, I can’t help imagining what the world is like from their perspective — the bustling hive, the urgency, the tiny dramas of daily life. This is a very short story  about Bessie and my way of giving the bees a voice, especially Bessie, who represents that busy, overworked part in all of us! You can read more of this story here.
