Our golden honey is made from the nectar and pollen gathered by our Native Irish Honeybees from the pastures, trees, wildflowers and hedgerows of the rural rolling green hills of Killinchy in County Down, Northern Ireland.
 
This pure raw honey has a mixed flower taste that is rich, sweet and floral.
 
Our Honey won FIRST PRIZE in the medium colour Honey class in The Ulster Beekeepers Honey Show 2023, indicating its superior quality, great flavour and our attention to detail. 
 
It is unpasteurised and minimally filtered to ensure it retains its natural properties and super flavour.

Good to know:
All honey has the tendency to crystallise. This is a natural process of raw honey and it does not affect the quality. If you prefer runny honey just place the jars in warm water (max 40C) or put it on a warm radiator and it will return to its runny form.
 
Never microwave or over heat Raw Honey!
