Our golden honey is made from the nectar and pollen gathered by our honeybees from the pastures, trees, wildflowers and hedgerows of the rural rolling green hills of Killinchy in County Down, Northern Ireland.
This pure raw honey with a chunk of honeycomb has a mixed flower taste that is rich, sweet and floral. It is unpasteurised and minimally filtered to ensure it retains its natural properties and super flavour.
Natural honey's health benefits have long been recognised by communities all over the world.
This whole product, including the honeycomb can be eaten.
Good to know:
All honey has the tendency to crystallise. This is a natural process of raw honey and it does not affect the quality. If you prefer runny honey just place the jars in warm water (max 40C) or put it on the radiator and it will return to its runny form. Never microwave Raw Honey!
