💛 A lively, complex, honey with floral, woody and citrus notes.
Gathered by our Native Irish Honeybees from the diverse flora of pastures, trees, wildflowers gardens and hedgerows of the rural rolling green hills of Killinchy in County Down, Northern Ireland.
Pure Local Honey just as nature intended!
 
💛 Our honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered retaining its natural properties.

GOOD TO KNOW:
🍯 All honey has the tendency to crystallise. This is a natural process of raw honey and it does not affect the quality. If you prefer runny honey just place the jars in warm water (max 40C) or put it on a warm radiator and it will return to its runny form.
Please never microwave or over heat your Honey!
