This wonderful relaxing beeswax balm is designed for whenever you might need it... to help you get through the day or to gently ease in to sleep at the end of a long day. 
It has been prepared using beewax from our own honeybee hives and blended with an infusion of soothing Meadowsweet Flowers and Pure Essential oils of Bergamot and Lavender.
Meadowsweet is used for its soothing skin properties and has a faintly sweet almond scent. 
Both Lavender & Bergamot have long been recognised for balancing your body, mind and emotions, and particularly useful if you’re feeling anxious and need a little help to relax and de-stress.
 
Using warm clean finger tips, just rub a little on your temples (avoiding the eye area) and pulse points on your neck and wrists whenever you need it. 
As the balm warms, you will feel the benefits of the essential oils as you inhale the vapour and they become absorbed by your skin. 
Keep the jar somewhere handy so that you can apply a dab whenever those "little moments" arise!
To help you ease better into sleep, try massaging some into the soles of your feet and lower legs. Also apply to your wrists and temples as above and inhale the wonderfully relaxing vapours as you drift off to sleep...  
 
For extra nourish & moisturising, this also contains added shea butter and safflower oil.

Here at The Honeysuckle Bee and Me we usually keep 20 hives of honeybees.
Honeybees build wax comb to rear brood in and store honey in. They can only do this when the weather is warm and they have a good nectar supply.
You can help our little honeybees and other pollinating insects by planting a mixed variety of flowering plants, hedging and trees that supply pollen and nectar through out the whole year.
